Clubhouse Rental
The Rockbridge Clubhouse boasts a large open entertainment area with plenty of natural light and beautiful wooded views from our large outdoor deck. The clubhouse is available for event or party rentals for Rockbridge Club members or those that have the sponsorship of a Rockbridge Club member. Tours of the clubhouse are available Monday-Friday from 8:30 am–2:30 pm or after hours by appointment. Maximum Indoor Capacity: 350 people
Maximum Outdoor Deck Capacity: 150 people

Twelve 60" round tables
Three 8' rectangular tables
98 black chairs
Rental Hours:
The clubhouse is available for rental Sunday–Friday from four hours before the event until midnight. The clubhouse is also available for rent for luncheons Sunday–Thursday from 10:30 am–2:30 pm. On Saturdays, the clubhouse is available for rent from 2:30 pm until midnight. For clubhouse rentals extending past midnight, there is an additional cost of $100 per hour.
Rates:
Sunday–Thursday nights – $525 (includes cleaning)
Friday and Saturday nights – $875 (includes cleaning)
Sunday–Friday Luncheon* – $200 (includes cleaning)
* There is a four minimum rental for luncheon hours.
Deposits and Fees:
All renters must pay a $500 damage deposit which will be returned upon a post-rental inspection of the club house. All fees and deposits are due at the time of booking.

Spotted Salamander is the exclusive caterer for Rockbridge Club. Outside caterers can be used, but will only have access to the clubhouse prep kitchen.
Any outside caterer used for an event rental must be certified by DHEC and must provide Rockbridge with certificate of insurance naming Rockbridge Club, Inc. as additional insured.
Cancellations:
Renters who book an event and are forced to cancel will be refunded the $500 damage deposit plus the $100 cleaning fee. If another event is booked on the cancelled date, the remaining amount will be refunded to the renter.
